Invite your brunch squad

It’s hard to resist an invitation like this. Grab this adorable template and fill in the details for the party with Avery Design and Print Online (ADPO). Our free software makes it easy to personalize right from your desktop. Print out your invites on postcards and pop them in the mail, or tuck them into envelopes, seal and send them.

Pro Tip: Did you know that it's super important to match the printable product you use to the type of printer you have? Always use labels, cards, and tags marked "laser" for laser printers and ones marked "inkjet" for inkjet printers. Printable products marked "laser/inkjet" are great for both types of printers.

Print this design on 4″ x 6″ postcards for laser printers (5889), or for inkjet printers (8386).

Create cute food tent cards

Use tent cards to call out offerings so there’s no waffling when it comes to choosing waffle flavors or toppings. Below, we’ve linked you directly to the maple syrup and strawberry place card templates. However, there are dozens more available online with icons for bananas, blueberries, cinnamon, and other waffle flavors and toppings.

How to find more templates

To view them all, go to the Avery template finder page, then enter the place card product number (16109). Once there, click the red “Start Designing” button. There, you will see blank and predesigned templates to choose from, as well as categories for browsing on the left-hand side and the quick search bar. Type “waffle” in the quick search and all the flavors will appear.

Sprinkle on the sweet stuff

Fruits, nuts, and granola are great healthy options to load onto waffles. But for those with a sweet tooth, it’s hard to say no to sprinkles, marshmallows, chocolate chips, whipped cream, or cream cheese frosting, not to mention warm caramel or chocolate syrup. Offer these options in glass Mason jars or Ball jars using labels featuring our playful sprinkles template or create your own design from scratch.

Pro Tip: If you only need a few labels, try ordering them by the sheet. When you order blank labels by the sheet, you can order just one sheet at a time.

Use a laser or inkjet printer to print this design on 2″ x 3-1/3″ water-resistant oval labels (22829) which are sold by the package. Or, order the same labels by the sheet (94056).

When you’re finished customizing the design, you can also choose “Let Us Print for You” to order custom-printed oval labels.

Create a refreshment bar

Thirst-quenching refreshments are a must-have with any meal. Flavored milk, juice, hot chocolate, coffee, and tea are all great beverage ideas to complement your waffle spread. Printable hang tags with cute designs tied on with ribbon are a fun way to identify carafes, jugs, or bottles.

Similar to our waffle bar templates for place cards, there are more beverage templates available for tag 22802 as well. Just follow the same instructions as above, but enter “22802” on the template finder page.

Give a thoughtful party favor or gift

Before your guests head out the door, give them a yummy parting gift—waffle mix in a jar, for a taste that’s homemade. Pour the dry ingredients into glass jars, print the recipe onto printable tags, and top the lids off with adorable waffle stickers.

To create your own recipe tags, open a blank template for tag 22802. Then add a text box and type out the recipe. We used Lobster Two and Patrick Hand fonts (which are just two of the many font choices in ADPO) so that our recipe tags matched our invitations, tent cards, and labels.

Pro Tip: Don't have a printer, or low on ink? Use Avery WePrint®, our professional printing service, and leave the printing to us.
