Tips for Avery Templates in Google

To import data from Spreadsheets:

  • Click Spreadsheets, then Next
  • Choose the spreadsheet you want to import from the list
  • Click Format Spreadsheet, then Merge
  • On the Design & Print Select Product page: Enter the Avery product number or browse and click Next
  • On the Design & Print Select Design page: choose a design and click Next
  • In the Mail Merge - Confirm List window: uncheck items not to be included and click Next
  • In the Mail Merge - Arrange Field window: drag and drop and click Complete Merge
  • On the Design & Print Design page - customize, then Preview & Print

To import data from Spreadsheets:

  • Click Contacts, then Next
  • Choose if you want to merge Home or Work addresses. The other address will be substituted if available - uncheck if you don't want this
  • Click Format Contacts, then Merge
  • On the Design & Print Select Product page: Enter the Avery product number or browse and click Next
  • On the Design & Print Select Design page: choose a design and click Next
  • In the Mail Merge - Confirm List window: uncheck items not to be included and click Next
  • In the Mail Merge - Arrange Field window: drag and drop and click Complete Merge
  • On the Design & Print Design page - customize, then Preview & Print
