About temporary internet files (cache and cookies)
Usually, when Design & Print Online stops working correctly, it means that there’s a problem with how your internet browser is running Design & Print Online.

In order to load things from the internet quickly, your internet browser (Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, Safari, etc.) stores small files called temporary internet files (often referred to as “cache” or “cookies”).
Sometimes, parts of these files become corrupt, which can cause online services to stop working correctly, so they need to be cleared.
Every internet browser has a slightly different way to clear temporary internet files.
