The search for the template number must be done from avery.com/dpo8.If your template isn't in Design & Print Online, and you still need a template for a discontinued Avery Product, please reach out to our Care Team at 1-800-462-8379

If we do not have the template available, we will email the Template to you (will take approx. 1-3 business days)
