If a promo code is not working at checkout, try the following:
- If a promo code is not working when placing your order, make there is no promo code already showing in the cart. Promo codes cannot be combined
- If there is already a promo code applied to the order, remove the code and enter the new one
- Try using another browser on the computer to apply the promo code
- Open a private or incognito window in your browser to access our site and enter in the code
- Note: many promo codes are only valid for a limited time. If the promo code is used outside of its set timeframe, it will not work at checkout.
