Design & Print can only work with .zdl files from the DesignPro software.
Here is how you can open your DesignPro files:
1. Download Design & Print software to computer
2. Once downloaded, open the program and select Open a Saved Project3. At the bottom click on Load Project and browse for your file and select Open4. You will be back in Step 1 Select Product and from there you will want to select your Template5. Your project will then load into Step 3 Customize 6. Select Save in the upper right side of the screen and save the project to your computer as a .avery file7. You will then want to use our Design & Print Online software to open the project
8. Save your project to your online account
Note: You may need to reformat your design when it opens in Design & Print
