Apple Pages - Fill Full Sheet with Same Information

Apple Pages does not have any easy way to fill a downloaded template with the same information. We would recommend using our free Design & Print Online software with the Edit All feature to create return addresses or labels with the same information.

• Open the template in Pages
• Fill in the desired information in the first cell
• Highlight the text you typed in the first cell and select Command+C on your keyboard
• Go to the next label on the sheet and highlight Place Text Here and select Command+V on your keyboard to paste
• Repeat pasting your text for each label on the sheet
