- Click on More Tools - to the left click on Clear Browsing Data
If the following 4 items are not selected - click on Advanced
- Browsing History
- Download History
- Cookies and other site data
- Cached images and files
Click on Clear Data
Close out of all screens open with the browser to get a new connection
