If  the project was previously saved to your online account you can try to :
  1. Make a copy of the project
  2. Rename the Project
  3. Check the project for the red X and delete them .
Once the red X's are deleted you should be able to print & save the project

Examples of the errors :

You can also try the following:

When you are having issues printing your project using DPO and get the Error message: Sorry can't print your project right now, Save changes and go back to edit project OR if you are attempting to save the project to your Account or Computer and getting the Error Message: Can't generate a proof right now / Resource not found

To see if it's an error within the project itself - open a new project using a blank design (Step #2) / add a text box only / type text - proceed through the printing steps - if you are able to pull up the page that reads Your Design Is Ready To Print then you have an issue with the project alone that is giving you errors - most likely any images you have added:

If you are using images within your project try to delete the image files one at a time - click on the blue Object List to the right of the screen to make sure all the images are deleted - (some of the images may not completely load on the main screen so make sure to delete from the Object List / clicking on trash can in order to be delete).

Save Project to Computer / Avery account

Add a new image (from computer / not image saved in Avery account) - go through steps again / If the image still causes an issue - Change file type - ie: JPEG to a PNG

If the image file name that you are uploading has any special characters in it such as parentheses, please rename the image file name and take out those characters. You will want to make sure that the image file name is only composed of letters or numbers. Anything outside of that may cause an issue.
