Create Your Own Tickets for Events and Fundraisers

Give your fundraising event a polished, professional look with custom-made tickets you can create yourself. Avery Tickets with Tear-Away Stubs can be customized on avery.com/print to include a logo and name of your fundraiser and date. Automatic sequential numbering is easy to add so you can keep track of the tickets or use them for prize drawings. With Avery Design & Print Online, all you need to do is go online, create tickets the way you want them, and print as many as you need.

Step 1: Enter the Product Number

Go to Avery Design & Print Online and enter the product number for Avery Tickets with Tear-Away Stubs (product #16154).

Step 2: Choose a Design Format

Select a format for your tickets—stub on the left, stub on the right or stub on top.

Step 3: Choose a Design Template

Once you’ve selected your format, choose a design template. Use the navigation on the left to view different categories.

Step 4: Customize the Design Template

Design: Keep the current design, or create your own. To change the design, just click and delete the existing graphic or background you want to change, then use the image options on the left of the screen to add a new graphic from the image gallery or your own files.

Text: Click the text box to enter your text. To add a new text box, click the New Text button from the Text menu on the left.  Move your text boxes by clicking on the edge of the box and dragging it to just the right spot.

Use the sheet navigator on the right-hand side and choose Edit All to make changes to all your tickets, such as changing the text style and size.  Then, to apply a different design and/or text to individual tickets, choose Edit One and click on the ticket you want to edit.

Tickets can be printed on both sides.

Step 5: Add Sequential Numbering to the Ticket

Start on the main ticket portion (highlighted in the sheet navigator on the right side of the screen).

Highlight a text box or add a new text box where you would like the sequential numbers (or letters) to be placed. Using the navigation on the left, select “Sequential Numbers” and click the “Add Number” button. Specify how you would like the numbering to appear, then click “Finish.”

Step 6: Add Sequential Numbering to the Stub

Next, add the coordinating number to the stub. Be sure the sequential numbering matches up on the main ticket portion and the stub for each ticket.

Click the stub section (as shown in the sheet navigator on the right side of the screen). This will highlight the stub. Highlight a text box or add a new text box where you would like the sequential numbers (or letters) to be placed. Using the navigation on the left, select “Sequential Numbers” and click the “Add Number” button. Use the same numbering system you applied to the main ticket it is attached to so it correlates, then click “Finish.”

Step 7: Preview & Print

Click “Preview & Print” to review your design. To make adjustments, just click the “Back” button. When your design is complete, just click the green “Print” button to create the PDF file. Open the file, and your tickets are ready to be printed.

Step 8: Save

To save your design, click the “Save” button. In the pop-up window, create a file name and save to either your free MyAvery online account or to your computer. To go back and open your saved projects, just go to avery.com/print.

Step 9: Continue to Create
