Saving a Project to Your Computer

Note: you can use the keyboard shortcuts Ctrl+J (Windows) or CMD+Option+L (Mac) to access your downloads folder while online.While in Step 3 Customize or  Step 4 Preview & Print in Design & Print or Design & Print Online…
 

  1. Click on Save in the top-right corner of the screen.
  2. Click on Save to My Computer.

In Design & Print Online: 
Depending on the internet browser that you’re using, different things will happen next.
 
Google Chrome / Mozilla Firefox / Safari:
  • Your project file (.avery file) will download automatically and be placed in your default downloads folder (which, by default, is just a folder called Downloads). You can then open that folder and move your saved project file into another folder if you wish.
 
Internet Explorer / Microsoft Edge:
  • You will get a pop-up at the bottom of your screen. If you click on the arrow beside the Save button, you will be able to select Save As, which will give you a window that will allow you to choose what you want to name the file and where you want to save it to.
Note: you can use the keyboard shortcuts Ctrl+J (Windows) or CMD+Option+L (Mac) to access your downloads folder.

In Design & Print:
A window will open that will allow you to choose what you want to name the file and where you want to save it to.

These .avery files can only be opened directly through our software.
