If your image is uploading as a red X on the template, double-check that you are using a supported image type. If you are working from a work computer, please check with your IT department to see if there is a Firewall on our site. Firewalls can prevent you from using the online software properly and can cause these kinds of errors.
If the image was saved from the internet, sometimes there are broken links in those images so the software cannot identify its source. This would also prevent an image from being uploaded properly.
You may also come across this issue if the file size is too large for Design & Print Online. We would recommend reducing the file size of your images and reuploading them into the software.
