The product dimensions are listed in the InDesign design toolbar (you can also see the template name):
- Be sure in the Layer Options that the guides are not checked to print
- Make sure Print Settings are correct.
- Under the General settings, print layers has Visible & Printable Layers selected, and not Visible Layers
- Also, make sure the Options boxes are left unchecked
- Under Setup, scale to fit must remain unchecked, otherwise, it will resize the template
