If the waterproof feature doesn't seem to be working, please have the product sent back for our quality team to inspect. We should be able to replace the labels as well.
However, if the product is water-resistant then it will not be designed to be completely waterproof. It will be resistant to light exposure to water and moisture, but water-resistant materials will not be able to withstand prolonged submersion in water.
