Text Missing on PDF - Editable PDF

If you purchased a PDF template that allows you to input text, that editable PDF will not upload properly to our design and print software. Since it is an editable file, the PDF generated in our software will not show that text you entered; the text will disappear. You will want to save that editable PDF file in a non-editable format, such as an image, and then upload that image into the software for printing.
