Scroll Bar Missing in iPad

When trying to scroll through an iPad, the scroll bars do not appear in our software, Avery Design & Print Online. You can still scroll through by pressing down two fingers on the iPad where you want to scroll (do not pinch them together or expand them) and drag them up, down, and side-to-side and it will activate the scroll feature.
