If you have already placed your order and the tax exemption was not applied, send an e-mail to yourorder@avery.com with your Sales Tax Exempt Certificate. Please be sure the following info below is included. Once it has been approved, the tax amount will be refunded.
- If applicable, indicate if your certificate is a blanket certificate (valid for all purchases) or applies to a single purchase only
- Ensure your tax-exempt address on your certificate matches the billing and/or shipping address used for your orders
- If you state certificate requires a signature and date, include them on the uploaded document
- If applicable, fill in the "Seller" information on your certificate with the following details: Avery Products Corporation, 50 Pointe Drive, Brea CA 92821
After uploading your Tax Exemption Certificate to the site, it should take 24-48 hours to process. If not, you can send an email to yourorder@avery.com with the Order # and tax exempt certificate. Once approved, the tax amount will be refunded.
