Printing in Microsoft Edge

  • When you are finished with your project in the Customize screen, select get Preview & Print
  • Then select Print it Yourself and Get PDF to Print on the right side
  • You will be asked to save your project
  • On the Printing Tips select Download PDF, the download will appear in the upper right side of the browser window
    • If you do not see the download, click on the 3 dots in the upper right side of the screen and select Downloads
  • If the PDF opens in your Edge browser, check the following settings before printing:
    • Select the printer icon in the upper right side of the PDF
    • On the print dialog, select More Settings and check that the Paper Size is set correctly (select Letter if you are printing on 8.5 x 11 size sheets)
    • Make sure that Actual Size is selected and that it is set to 100
    • Select Print Using System Dialog and in your Preferences or Properties select a thicker paper type such as Label or Heavyweight
    • We recommend doing a test print on plain paper to make sure it aligns with your label or card sheet
  • If you are using Adobe Reader as your PDF viewer, you can find instructions on how to set it as your default pdf viewer in Edge here
