Printing with an iPhone:
- In the Customize screen select the green Project button in the bottom right
- Then select Print PDF
- Tap on the Printer Icon to print this directly with a wireless printer using AirPrint
- You can see the PDF is open. Tap on the forward icon at the bottom, which looks like a box with an arrow pointing up
- Scroll down and you can find the Print option near the bottom. Tap on that.
- Now you can choose your printer and the number of copies you need
- We would recommend printing a test sheet on plain paper to check alignment. If it looks aligned feed the label or card sheet into the printer and select Print again
Printing with an Android:
- In Customize select the green Project option in the bottom right
- Then select Print PDF
- This will download the PDF to your device as a preview.pdf file
- You will be required to download a printer app to print wirelessly from your android device. Most printer manufacturer's offer their own printing app, so please refer to their website for more information
- We would recommend printing a test sheet on plain paper to check alignment. If it looks aligned feed the label or card sheet into the printer and select Print again
- Note: our Avery Care Team will not be able to offer support navigating or printing from 3rd party applications
You may notice that printing wirelessly provides fewer options. If any issues arise with the printer feed or alignment of your Avery product you may need to open the project from a computer to work with more advanced printer settings, such as changing the paper type or scale.
