If there is a pending charge on the credit card for the order that was placed on avery.com and no confirmation/order number was provided, sign in to your Avery account at avery.com/myaccountand click on Orders. If there are no orders listed there may have been a problem when submitting the information (such as incorrect billing info / incorrect card number etc)
The pending charge will usually be removed from the bank within 24 - 72 hours so that you can attempt to place another order with correct information.
