Pearlized Ivory Label Printing Tips

Avery pearlized ivory labels are compatible with most major laser and inkjet printer brands. Some printers handle label materials better than others. Here are some tips to consider.

General Printing Tips

We suggest checking that your Scale is set to 100 or Actual Size is selected and that the paper size is set to 8.5" x 11" or Letter.

Change the paper type to Labels and Best quality. If your printer doesn't have a Labels settings, choose Heavyweight or Cardstock. Some printers may have a Matte Photo option to select.

Feed labels sheets into the printer one at a time to ensure the best print results.

After printing, we recommend allowing the label to dry for 15 seconds.

Which Printers Work Best?

Here are examples of printers brands that have been tested to work well with these products:

Inkjet: Canon Pixma iP8720, Canon Pixma MG3620, Epson XP 7100

Monochrome Laser: HP LaserJetPro M29w, Canon CLASS MF236n, Brother DCPL2550DW, Xerox B205

Color Laser: Brother HL-L3290CDW, Brother MFC-L8900, HP CLJ Pro M454dw, HP CLJ Pro M255dw, Canon MF644Cdw, Xerox Phaser 6510, HP CLJ M553n, Dell C3760dn

If your printer is having difficulty feeding the sheet, it is possible the printer or pick up roller is dusty. Please contact the printer manufacturer to find out how to clean the printer.

Some Samsung and Pantum printers may have difficulty feeding labels products, as well as the HP OfficeJet Pro 8710. If you are experiencing issues with your printer model, switching to another printer may resolve the problems.
