Oriental Trading Marketplace Order Status

Each product detail page contains information about an item's estimated delivery. Once your order is submitted you will receive emails with tracking information for each package in your order.

You can also log into your Oriental Trading account, and click on the “Track Package” button within the Orders Section. This will provide the tracking information along with the transit updates associated with the package.

If the tracking information is not providing transit updates or your package was never received, please reach out to Oriental Trading customer service via phone at 800-875-8480 or via email at custserv@oriental.com (see as well the contact us information on Oriental Trading’s site: https://www.orientaltrading.com/h3-help-contact-us.fltr), they will be able to submit an incident, which will be responded within 24 hours with a resolution on the case so a refund can be provided.
