Those will provide the best results, but many Avery products for laser printers can be successfully printed using a copier printer.  If you are ordering Avery Blank Labels to use with a copier, choose a material that is compatible with laser printers and note that the smaller the label size, the higher the possibility of issues printing with a copier.

If you are printing Avery products using a Copier Printer:

  • Change the Paper Type to Cardstock or Labels to slow down the print process.
  • Try feeding sheet through bypass one sheet at a time.
  • If you're using the regular paper tray, place a small stack of paper underneath the product to help lift it for the rollers to feed more easily.
  • Please note that the faster your copier feeds paper, the more likely it is to have trouble feeding Avery labels, especially labels with perforated backing sheets, like Easy Peel Labels or name badges.
  • The more labels on the sheet, the more likely there will be feeding or alignment issues.
  • If the alignment is off a consistent amount, you can use the Make a Print Adjustment feature in Design & Print Online (step 4 - Preview & Print) to nudge the page right or left and/or up or down.
  • Check your copier manufacturer's website for additional suggestions.
