Letters Print with Shadow; Double Printing

If the same letters or characters in your project print side by side, please try the following:

  • Try a hard reset with the printer. Remove toner/ink cartridges, unplug everything (power cord, USB, network) and wait 30 seconds, plug it back in and replace the toner/ink
  • You may need to clean and re-align the printer head. Refer to your printer manufacturer for instructions on how to do this
  • Check if there are any updates available for your printer driver. If there is a new update, please update the printer
