Step 1: Submit your quote request
The first step in designing your pouch is to submit a quote request on avery.com. Once we receive your request, we’ll send you the die-line template for your pouch within 1-2 business days. Here’s how:
- Go to our Custom Printed Pouches page.
- Fill out the quote form, selecting your desired size, material, pouch type, and other options
- Enter your email address, first name, and last name.
- Finally, select Submit Quote Request.

Step 2: Upload the pouch die line to Canva®
- In Canva®, select Create and then select Upload.
- Browse for the die line saved on your computer and upload it.

Step 3: Add brand elements and visuals
- Design your pouch -- add images, text, and other branding elements.
- Keep important images and text within the solid red line. Anything outside this line will be cut off during printing.
- Ensure background colors or artwork align along both edges of the pouch to prevent visible shifts in the cut.

Step 4: Download your pouch design
- In Canva®, select Share and Download.
- Change the File Type to PDF Print.
- Under Color profile select CMYK (this requires a pro subscription).
- Then select Download.
