Guidelines for Label Storage Before and After Application for 5667

  • Storage:
    • Store product in original packaging.
    • Avoid extended exposure to temperature/humidity extremes as this can negatively impact the layflat of the label sheets.  Swings in humidity causes labels to curl with film facestock and paper liner. While we design our product for maximum stability, it is best to store in typical office or home conditions.
  • After Application:
    •  5667 was introduced primarily as a mailing label so was designed to perform well on a variety of envelopes and was tested to remain legible and affixed to the envelope through mailing, mail sorting at postal centers and all of the way through mail delivery.  For other applications, 5667 provides a durable label with good adhesion to a wide range of surfaces.  Beyond that applications are so varied. We are unable to provide specific recommendations that apply to all situations.
