This is useful if the design you created is only filling out one spot on your sheet when you want to actually print out more than one.
You can duplicate images and text one-at-a-time by selecting them, clicking on Copy near the top of the screen, and then clicking on Paste.
Essentially, what you’re doing is selecting the item that you want to duplicate, copying it, and then pasting it.
You can duplicate an entire design all at once by doing the following:
- Move your mouse up to the top left corner of your design.
- Click with your left mouse button and hold down the button.
- Drag your mouse down and over to the right to create a light blue box that covers your entire design. This will allow you to select the entire design at once:
(Note 1: You should see boxes appear around all of your text and images in your design.)
(Note 2: You may need to zoom out a little bit to see all of your design to do this.)
- Click on Copy at the top of the screen.
Now, you have your entire design copied and ready to be pasted.
If you want to create a full page of identical labels, continue to Step (A).
If you only want to create individual duplicates (not a full page of identical labels), continue to Step (B).
(A) Create a Full Page of Identical Labels
- With everything still selected, press the delete button on your keyboard. This will delete everything from your design.
(Note: This step is important so that you don’t wind up getting a duplicate design on one of your labels.) - Select Edit All in the Navigator over on the right side of your screen.
- Click on the Paste button at the top of the screen.
Note: If anything goes wrong, click on the Undo button at the top of the screen until you have your entire design back (to undo the step where you deleted your design):
(B) Create Individual Duplicates
- Select Edit One in the Navigator over on the right side of your screen.
- Select the label where you’d like to put the duplicate.
(Note: You can paste to multiple places on your sheet.) - Click on the Paste button at the top of the screen.
