We do not offer Word Templates for our custom size blank labels. All of our custom size templates are available in our free Design & Print Online program.
To create a Word template with custom dimensions:
- Open a blank document in Word
- Select Mailings, then Labels from the top toolbar
- The Envelopes and Labels dialog box will open, be sure you are on the Labels tab
- Click Options and New Label
- Enter the label name and all the dimensions. Label dimensions can be found on the template page - check your Orders or confirmation email for a link to template specifications
- Click OK, then New Document
The template will be saved to the Other/Custom section. To open it again:
- Open a blank document in Word
- Select Mailings, then Labels from the top toolbar
- The Envelopes and Labels dialog box will open, be sure you are on the Labels tab
- Click Options and under Label Vendors, select Other/Custom
- Select the template name and click OK, then New Document
Note: Word is not able to show special shapes, so any round, oval, heart, or other shapes will appear as rectangles.
