You cannot download the chat history, However you can request this via email with the step below
You can select to have Chat Transcripts emailed to your email address by clicking at the top left of the chat window and selecting the transcript option.
For example, Jane Doe requested the chat transcript to be sent to JaneDoe.test@avery.com
