When printing with Design & Print Online, our software creates a PDF of your project to print from. We highly recommend using Adobe Reader as your PDF viewer for best print results.
You can download the free Adobe Acrobat Reader here. Be sure to uncheck any optional offers on the page.
After downloading Adobe Reader you will need to make it your default in Windows:
- Select Start or the Windows icon on your PC
- Click on the Settings cog wheel
- Select Apps and click on Default Apps on the left hand side
- Select Set defaults by app
- Make sure Adobe Acrobat Reader DC is set as your default PDF viewer
Now you will want to change the PDF viewer in the Edge Browser:
- Select the 3 dots in the upper rights side of the Edge browser and click on Settings from the drop-down
- On the left side click on cookies and site permissions
- Scroll down and click on PDF Documents
- Use the toggle button on the right to turn on the option to Always download PDF Files
