If you used a mail merge to create your project, there are two ways you can alphabetize:
1) From your Excel database: update your data in alphabetical order, then update the merge to use the new file.
2) From our website:
- Click onto Import data
- In step 2 Confirm List, look at the check boxes at the top, first row
- Then click onto the light grey arrows to the right side of check boxes
- Click Arrow up or down to ascend or descend in the order you would prefer (alphabetically)
- Proceed to the next step to complete the data import
