Can Roll Labels Be Made with TrueBlock?

We do have one alternative to simulate True Block Technology for rolls.  We can use our chrome film backed and flood the label with white ink. The chrome film will actually block quite well. Two hits of white (in a flood) would be printed under the artwork so simulate a paper look.
