If your printer is having difficulty feeding the sheet, it is possible the printer or pick up roller is dusty. Please contact the printer manufacturer to find out how to clean the printer.
Some Samsung and Pantum printers may have difficulty feeding these cable labels products. If you are experiencing issues with your printer model, switching to another printer may resolve the problems.
Feed sheets through the multi-purpose or manual tray one at a time
Feeding the sheets through the multi-purpose tray one at a time will provide the best results most of the time. If for some reason the multi-purpose tray is not working well, you can try inserting one sheet at time through the standard tray.
Test print on a blank sheet of paper first
We recommend printing on a blank sheet of paper first to ensure that the print matches the layout on the actual sheet.
Printer settings
For laser printers, use the "Default" print setting. If the toner smears, change the print setting to "Labels" and print. For inkjet printers, select the "Default" print setting for plain paper and normal print quality and print.
We also suggest checking that your Scale is set to 100 or Actual Size is selected and that the paper size is set to 8.5” x 11” or Letter.
