If you don't see the Apple pay option during checkout, it's usually due to one of the following reasons:
1. You're not using an Apple device
Apple Pay only works on Apple devices.
- Mobile: You must be using an iPhone or iPad. Apple Pay will not appear on Android Devices.
- Computer: Apple Pay is supported only in the Safari browser on Mac. It will not appear in Chrome, Firefox, and other third-party browsers.
2. Your cart contains mixed product types
Apple Pay and Google Pay will be disabled if your cart includes a mix of:
- Blank Labels
- Custom Printed Labels
- Retail Products
To use Apple or Google Pay, your cart must contain only one product type.
3. You're not using Safari on desktop
If you're shopping on a laptop or desktop, make sure you open our site in Apple's Safari browser. Apple Pay does not work in other browsers, even on Mac.
