Alphabetize Information in Design & Print

If you type your data in manually, you can only rearrange the order using Copy and Paste.  If you are importing from a spreadsheet (mail merge), here's how to change the order: 1. Click on Import Data on the left side of the screen. 
2. Click on Start Import/Merge

3. Click Browse for File 
4. Browse for your filekbdocument_body_file?force_download=0&1694026787137=1&platform=base

5.To Alphabetize, click on the ascending arrow button in the grey area next to the check mark of the column you want to alphabetize 
6. This column information will then be alphabetized
