Accessing a Deleted Project; Recover Deleted Files

Unfortunately, once a project is deleted from an online account we have no way of retrieving it. We would suggest checking your downloads folder on the computer to see if it happened to be saved to the computer. The file will be in a .avery format that you can upload directly on our site through your online account.
Also, we would recommend checking if you have the project saved under a different online account with a separate email address.
