In step 4 - Preview & Print you have the option to switch between 2D and 3D views. The controls are at the top center of the screen. To view the full sheet of business cards you can click on 2D to see both front and back of the full sheet.
In 3D, you use the slider to open and close and the rotate button to manipulate the view.
