Sometimes change is good. For L.J. LaValle, it was life altering. What started out as a plan to get healthy, turned into a new business and a new way of life.

After growing accustomed to a fast-food diet, necessitated by the hurried lifestyle of his bike messenger business, LaValle decided to switch things up. He erased fast-food from his diet, started eating only raw, organic food and soon dropped 60 pounds.
