Some browsers such as Edge, Internet Explorer, and Firefox use their own PDF viewer for printing. This can cause projects to print in a different language or in symbols.
We would suggest selecting download PDF in our software. That PDF will go to your downloads folder on the computer. You will want to make sure that the PDF can open in Adobe Reader and do a test print on plain paper. If the issue continues, please check that the printer driver is up to date or contact your printer manufacturer.
