Q: In Microsoft® Word, I used to be able to see the whole label sheet, with cell gridlines showing me where to input data. The gridlines are missing from the New Document screen. How do I get them back?

A: Do the following:

1. On the Envelopes and Labels screen, select the appropriate label product and click on the New Document button.
2. In the File Menu, select Table and then Show Gridlines.
