FAQ

Q: Microsoft® Word only seems to give me options for creating a whole sheet of identical labels, or the ability to create one address only. How do I create different addresses on one label sheet without rerunning my labels in my printer?

A: Microsoft® Word allows the user to create many different entries on one sheet. Do the following:

  1. From the File Menu, choose Tools, then Envelopes and Labels.
  2. Select the Labels tab, then select Options.
  3. Ensure that the label products listed are Avery Standard.
  4. Select the Avery product # purchased, then click on OK.
  5. With the address windows empty, and Full Sheet of the same label selected, click on New Document.
  6. From the New Document screen, type the different label entries in the cells and print as usual.
