Q: Microsoft® Word only seems to give me options for creating a whole sheet of identical labels, or the ability to create one address only. How do I create different
addresses on one label sheet without rerunning my labels in my printer?
A: Microsoft® Word allows the user to create many different entries on one sheet. Do the following:
- From the File Menu, choose Tools, then Envelopes and Labels.
- Select the Labels tab, then select Options.
- Ensure that the label products listed are Avery Standard.
- Select the Avery product # purchased, then click on OK.
- With the address windows empty, and Full Sheet of the same label selected, click on New Document.
- From the New Document screen, type the different label entries in the cells and print as usual.
