FWIW, here is how I set these up on the Mac. Download and open the template in Word. 2-finger click in one of the cells. Select Text Direction and choose the vertical text direction on the left. 2-finger click again and select Cell Alignment and choose Align Bottom Left. Type in the return address. The default font size was 18 and I reduced to 10. Then enter a couple of returns and type in the To address. I used font size 14. Then select all the lines on the To address and use the Increase Indent button on the Home tool ribbon to move the To address over to the right side of the label. You'll have to format all four cells this way but once you have it set up you can just paste or type in new addresses. Haven't tried putting in a company logo so can't provide any advice on that.

All the reviews were right - ridiculous product. I did however make my own label up and it ended up working great. When you go into label options, click on new label - input info as follows: Top margin 0.5", Side margin 0.5", vertical pitch 4", horizontal pitch 5", label height 3.5", label width 5", number across 2, number down 2 and the key is to make sure that you select letter landscape (11 x 8 1/2 in) under page size.

These work well for me!

By CA Painter & Teacher

from Napa Valley

This review is from AVERY Shipping Label, 4 per sheet - Tall - 3 1/3x5:

These worked well for me. I'm on a Mac, using an older version of Pages. It was easy to download the template, type in my information and adjust the fonts, font sizes, spacing, etc. Copying and pasting into the other label spaces was no problem. I'm just using text, no images, and all looked great. These were to add text to the back of a small number of self-made postcards for workshops, printed on 4" x 6" photo paper — a small enough quantity that I didn't need a commercial printer. And these work and look great!

          ZERO STARS!
Hired a pro to create labels for a product.
Labels are beautiful. And in spite of the fact that he had the Avery Template in advance of the work, we are now on Version #8 (and still fighting it) with mark up marks here and there, and labels there and here.
I will look for another company who makes labels where I don't have to use a whole package of labels to see if they fit o the page when printed.
HOW FRUSTRATING! and in 2016, MOST UNACCEPTABLE!

Why make it so difficult to obtain a template for Mac users? Trying to obtain a simple template for use in illuistrator. Bloody nightmare!
