The templates made for these labels are useless for the most part if you are trying to print from edge to edge and need things centered. They would be okay if you were just putting text or a small image on them, but don't count on them being centered. Someone needs to take the time to get these templates set up accurately. After hours of adjusting and readjusting the Word template I finally gave up. I then tried the online version and still wasted about 6 pages and an hour and a half, for something that should have taken minutes, trying to get things "centered" (they weren't centered on the template-they were way off-centered, but they were finally centered when I printed). And yes, I made sure there was no page scaling or anything of that sort when I printed. I believe only the template design is to blame. I would not recommend these to anyone unless they are great at making their own templates or don't care if things are centered!

8293 - not for high end graphics

This review is from AVERY Round Label, 20 per sheet:

The template is impossible to line up using professional graphics software, especially if yoou are trying to bleed a color outside of the circles. I have 2 of the label blanks that don't line up with each other, so forget trying to get precise with these. One sheet is off if turned 180 degrees. Avery also should include Adobe software templates on the website.
I recomend these only for everyday home use: garage sales, etc.

I arm wrestled and lost

This review is from AVERY Round Label, 20 per sheet:

This template just did not work for me. I created a design with 5 concentric circles, the outermost being a black border. Microsoft Word just doesn't have the tools to nudge the art into place. I ended up adjusting each circle using the Wrapping > Style > Edit Wrap Boundary to get things to line up. On a sheet of 20, I was lucky to get 2 or 3 to actually line up satisfactorily. Not one label was printed with the accuracy I expected. Too bad the template is limited to Word; an InDesign template would be greatly appreciated.

My favorite Avery item.

This review is from AVERY Round Label, 20 per sheet:

This is one of my favorite Avery items! I have used these numerous amount of times, in fact I just used them today. We give out small gifts throughout the year to employees and these labels are great because you can put a picture as well as a name and it fits perfectly. The Avery Design & Print online is great for these labels. It allows me to pick a picture from their gallery or from my own pictures and you can add any text & choose font & color. I have so much fun designing my own labels & knowing that I have given them my own special touch makes them that much more special to the employees.

an exercise in futlity

This review is from AVERY Round Label, 20 per sheet:

While the sticker sheet itself is great, I could not get these to line up correctly. Creating round sticker labels was impossible and the help sections on this website are outdated. After wasting a few hours of my workday, I passed it on to another person who also attempted and failed, so at least I'm not alone, I guess. I'll try again at home with different software.
