So just like other have said you need to tweek the settings in word for it to print correctly. If you type as is into the boxes you get this print out that just gets worse as the page goes on. I'm not sure what avery did here with this template other than put in boxes.

***As a note*** This will make the typing seem not centered on your screen, but will correct the issue when printing on the actual sheet.

I did the following to fix the issue:

Under "Page layout" tab:

Indent:
Left -0.1"
Right: 0.2"

Spacing:
Before and after: 1.5 pt

Under "layout" tab:

Height: 0.5"
Width: 1.75"
(These should already be set to that but check anyway)

Now when you go to print, just like others have said change paper from Letter to A4.

If the indent isn't to your liking due to printer differences then play with the left and right indent under "Page layout"

I am working at a corporate office computer and am limited to installing any software. When i try to simply download a template i am forced to call my IT department for them to give me access to install the template because Avery insists on sending you an intaller instead of simply providing a document.

I agree 100% with the review written by By DWake
from Portland, OR. Only once I got my password reset and clicked on the template, I then found I needed an administrator password to download it. I don't think you could make this any more frustrating if you tried. And I still don't have the template.

Why are templates so hard to find?

      By DWake

      from Portland, OR

This review is from AVERY Return Address Label, 80 per sheet:

Why when you click on "Templates" are you directed to a page that does NOT have any templates on it. It took me 10 minutes stumbling around your site to finally find the template I needed. Then, when I tried to download it, I was told I needed to sign in. So, I had to email "forgot my password" to get my password reset and then sign in again, only to end up back on the home page, which is where this nightmare started. Took another 5 minutes to find the stupid template again. I have already purchased your labels and paid my dues. Why do you make it so difficult for paying customers to then find a template? Why do I have to jump through a bunch of hoops and sign-in baloney to download the template I need? Instead of making the project I'm working on easier, you've raised my blood pressure several degrees.

      Avery 8167 return address labels

      By Christa

      from Richmond, VA

This review is from AVERY Return Address Label, 80 per sheet:

I downloaded the template for my Mac and it gives me 19 labels down on one page and the 20th on page 2. Top few labels fit but address gets out of the boxes further down.
Is there a proper template for "Pages"? Or how can I adjust it?
Grateful if I can get help.

I really like these labels. They don't smear for me, so those with smear issues may want to be sure they're using a LASER printer. also the formatting issues tells me that they're not very familiar with Word or with their printer properties. They will blame the label. Nuts. These are perfect

You need to correct the smearing issue. I cannot use these return labels at all.
