I had problem with words being printed off-label. I was also having trouble centering the words inside each label as well.
I fixed this problem by setting the paper size to A4 instead of letter. It looks off on computer screen, but it prints out beautifully. Oh well, as long as it works, I ain't complaining.

I am working at a corporate office computer and am limited to installing any software. When i try to simply download a template i am forced to call my IT department for them to give me access to install the template because Avery insists on sending you an intaller instead of simply providing a document.

Very disappointed. It gets from bad to worse and than you lost everything you did/tried. Does Avery intentionally create these problems so we get them to print our work?? I seeked help to no avail. Not impressed

Why wouldn't Avery want you to waste label forms?!

I had to cut about .080" off the top of the form to make these work for return-address labels on Avery 5267 labels. Word 2013, HP LJ-6P laser printer. If you must use, print on plain paper first! Check alignment!

Here is how to make it print correctly

This review is from AVERY Return Address Label, 80 per sheet:

So just like other have said you need to tweek the settings in word for it to print correctly. If you type as is into the boxes you get this print out that just gets worse as the page goes on. I'm not sure what avery did here with this template other than put in boxes.

***As a note*** This will make the typing seem not centered on your screen, but will correct the issue when printing on the actual sheet.

I did the following to fix the issue:

            Under "Page layout" tab:

            Indent:
            Left -0.1"
            Right: 0.2"

            Spacing:
            Before and after: 1.5 pt

            Under "layout" tab:

            Height: 0.5"
            Width: 1.75"
(These should already be set to that but check anyway)

Now when you go to print, just like others have said change paper from Letter to A4.

If the indent isn't to your liking due to printer differences then play with the left and right indent under "Page layout"

            Not User Friendly at all.

              Cons

              • Cells Will Not Duplicate
              • Hard To Navigate

This review is from AVERY Return Address Label, 80 per sheet:

Cells will not duplicate correctly. After getting the first cell right with 4 lines I can only get the first two lines in each cell afterward. You should be able to enter into the first cell and auto-repeat for the remaining 79 cells. This is address labels, not science.

                  Best Uses

This review is from AVERY Return Address Label, 80 per sheet:

Test sheet didn't match the label sheet. AND I had trouble with the content drifting slightly beyond cell borders. Previous tip worked! I set my Canon Pixma 4900
printer paper settings to A4 (instead of "letter") and
"Fit to page" printing and the labels printed perfectly.

Avery lost a star because we customers shouldn't have to figure this out on our own!
