So just like other have said you need to tweek the settings in word for it to print correctly. If you type as is into the boxes you get this print out that just gets worse as the page goes on. I'm not sure what avery did here with this template other than put in boxes.

***As a note*** This will make the typing seem not centered on your screen, but will correct the issue when printing on the actual sheet.

I did the following to fix the issue:

Under "Page layout" tab:

Indent:
Left -0.1"
Right: 0.2"

Spacing:
Before and after: 1.5 pt

Under "layout" tab:

Height: 0.5"
Width: 1.75"
(These should already be set to that but check anyway)

Now when you go to print, just like others have said change paper from Letter to A4.

If the indent isn't to your liking due to printer differences then play with the left and right indent under "Page layout"

Why when you click on "Templates" are you directed to a page that does NOT have any templates on it. It took me 10 minutes stumbling around your site to finally find the template I needed. Then, when I tried to download it, I was told I needed to sign in. So, I had to email "forgot my password" to get my password reset and then sign in again, only to end up back on the home page, which is where this nightmare started. Took another 5 minutes to find the stupid template again. I have already purchased your labels and paid my dues. Why do you make it so difficult for paying customers to then find a template? Why do I have to jump through a bunch of hoops and sign-in baloney to download the template I need? Instead of making the project I'm working on easier, you've raised my blood pressure several degrees.

Worked great for me

This review is from AVERY Return Address Label, 80 per sheet:

I saw a lot of reviews saying the template did not work, but it worked great for me using labels #18167. The template automatically opened Word, I just input my address and copy and pasted, and voila - perfect return address labels. Very happy. I did print on a normal piece of paper first and held the two together up to a light, which let me see that my font was just a tad too big without wasting a label sheet.

FLAWED PRODUCT 15667 labels columns don't align!

      By Greg

      from CA

This review is from AVERY Return Address Label, 80 per sheet:

This product is flawed. I am using the latest version of Word on a PC and downloaded the template from the Avery site. There are 4 columns on the template. The first two columns align (center) the text properly. Columns 3 and 4 offset to the left even though the centering icon is active. No way to center the labels on these columns. Only the left half of the sheet is usable. I see that others have the same problem and apparently Avery isn't taking action to fix it. Unbelievable! DO NOT BUY!

      The template NOT aligned correctly.

      By Soju

This review is from AVERY Return Address Label, 80 per sheet:

The template is NOT aligned properly.
The rows, columns, paper itself,...just about everything and I can NOT figure out why.
I used the correct template and I did this several ways. I used the one programmed into the Word itself and I also tried downloading it, but doesn't way both ways. I literally wasted nearly 30 pages or so. No exaggeration. I tried all kinds of ways, too.
Plus, the template doesn't even let me print the way I usually do either. I guess it adjusts the settings or something. The same "Manual feed. Load paper" message comes up whenever I want try to print. This REALLLY pisses me off and annoys me A LOT.
I might just return the product itself if I can, unless someone gives me a solution (an easy one, too) soon.

This review is from AVERY Return Address Label, 80 per sheet:

Columns do not align the Avery 8167 labels and there is no way that a printer offset would fix this. You have a major design flaw. Also did not work with my Windows computer and either a Canon or an Epson printers. Avery use to work well for me; no longer. I wish there was a better solution to printing labels... Main computer is Mac Sierra OS... My Windows computer is Windows 10 OS... Using Avery online print to my printers also had the same problem...

Labels not aligned when printing from word

          By rich

          from california

This review is from AVERY Return Address Label, 80 per sheet:

I have printed from both Mac and PC ... this time around on PC (I am using the US site, I know another user was in Canada, so I thought I would mention that), I printed return labels which are not aligning properly -- the left hand side is right AT the border of the label. Everything is on the label, just not centered. i'd give it a 5 if I could figure that out...
