Some were very upset about not being able to line up their art or adjusting the margins. DO NOT ADJUST THE MARGINS. Click into one of the card outlines in the grid. Insert your artwork. Select your artwork and go to the Format Image tab. Make sure the wrapping is set to THROUGH. This will allow the photo to free float within the grid, and you'll be able to adjust its position incrementally. Just remember, this is Word. It is not great for fine tuning artwork, but it will do. Once your image is released from text wrapping, you can use your mouse or arrow keys to adjust, or you can use the Align menu to center horizontally or vertically within the margins. Once it is how you like it, you can Copy and Paste to the other spaces in the grid. You will need to do some touch up adjustments, I'm sure.
Following all of those steps, I printed how I would for normal paper and my cards came out great. I did them double sided and had no issues.

If you are trying to do a full-bleed card (printing to the edges), you can resize in Word, or just make your image slightly larger in Illustrator or Photoshop, whichever you used to create your image. Again, you'll likely need to tweak things. Word is simply not meant for imaging and layout, as much as it tries to be. Be patient, there is hope!

This did NOT work for me

By salemite

from salem, ma

This review is from AVERY Business Card - Wide, 10 per sheet:

I printed 4 pages of business cards, one at a time from this template, each time having to adjust where the image fell on the page. The template has a perforated edge, but every time, the card image would begin to print right away, across the perforation--making the cards unusable. I even tore that perforated edge off, trying to ensure the printing would begin within the designated area, but it was still off. I would not be able to hand these out and still look like a professional. I wasted 4 pages of cards, not to mention ink and time. Not worth the aggravation.

Not sure what the problem was. At first the software wanted me to download Flash - not clear if it completely downloaded. Then I tried a couple other sites that seemed to bypass Flash. They wanted me to buy other products - not interested. Finally got to where I thought I needed to be but the template still didn't download.

    word template an .exe file?

    By never again

    from canada

This review is from AVERY Business Card - Wide, 10 per sheet:

Many companies ban downloading .exe files from the internet
Other computers (Linux, mac, android) will be fine reading a .dot template

    Please think about your customers!
