Some were very upset about not being able to line up their art or adjusting the margins. DO NOT ADJUST THE MARGINS. Click into one of the card outlines in the grid. Insert your artwork. Select your artwork and go to the Format Image tab. Make sure the wrapping is set to THROUGH. This will allow the photo to free float within the grid, and you'll be able to adjust its position incrementally. Just remember, this is Word. It is not great for fine tuning artwork, but it will do. Once your image is released from text wrapping, you can use your mouse or arrow keys to adjust, or you can use the Align menu to center horizontally or vertically within the margins. Once it is how you like it, you can Copy and Paste to the other spaces in the grid. You will need to do some touch up adjustments, I'm sure.
Following all of those steps, I printed how I would for normal paper and my cards came out great. I did them double sided and had no issues.

If you are trying to do a full-bleed card (printing to the edges), you can resize in Word, or just make your image slightly larger in Illustrator or Photoshop, whichever you used to create your image. Again, you'll likely need to tweak things. Word is simply not meant for imaging and layout, as much as it tries to be. Be patient, there is hope!

Could not get the template to line up properly no matter what I tried. It also is not set up to edit both the left and right sides. If I change the formatting to have columns it makes everything not work at all.

I'm not sure why so many people seem to find this a difficult to use or poor product. I had absolutely no difficulty from downloading the template to printing the finished cards. Maybe it was just luck but I didn't have issues with the margins even though I also designed my card first in photoshop before dropping the saved filed into the template. Overall, a good product and I would use it again.
