Great product. Worked fine with InDesign CS6. Had absolutely no problem downloading and using. Had the 5876 labels and they printed without a hitch on the laser HP. I also love the way the cards separated after printing. Superb template!

This review is from AVERY Business Card - Wide, 10 per sheet:

This template's margins don't match those of the Avery paper. it says it's compatible with the 28878, but i wasted 4 pages because it didn't use margins in printing. It worked fine on real paper, but once I tried to use the avery paper nothing matched up.

I had to print a sheet on plain paper to find out what I will have to do to make my cards work. Then, I had to tear off the top border to make them print right. I have Open office.

I bought this Avery product based on the 'Avery' name- now i remember why i have this whole pack of business card stock sitting here! it didn't open then either.I have installed 2 additional zip file openers but none handle the .INDD file type this junk uses..I am really unhappy - again...and i don't have a receipt from 2 years ago to return it, and didn't have one then either.DON"T BUY THESE THINGS unless you want to set them up yourself! The Avery TEMPLATE (8371)IS USELESS
