Create your labels

Open Avery Design & Print.
Bottle_OpenADPO
In the box for "Start a New Project," enter the Avery product number (22845 for wraparound labels). Then click GO.
Bottle_Enter22845
Choose your design template. You can start from scratch, or any of the pre-designed templates. Use the menu on the left to see designs by category.
Bottle_SelectDesign
For this project, we’ll start with the blank template. Click the template highlighted to get started.
Bottle_BlankTemplate
We're going to add the background first, then layer additional design elements on top.
Bottle_ShapesMenu
Click the Shapes tab on the left to open the Shapes menu. Select Basic and choose the rectangular shape from the options provided.
Bottle_RectangularShape
You'll see the shape in the center of your template. Using the white anchors, drag the rectangle so it's slightly larger than the template.
Bottle_RectangleLarge
Using the menu on the left, choose your fill color to fill in the shape with the color of your choice. You can also remove the outline by selecting “0” instead of "1."
Bottle_RectangleFill
Now let's add some colorful bubbles. Use the shapes menu on the left to select the oval shape. Use the anchors to make it circular. Remove the outline by changing the line amount to "0" and add the fill color. To make it slightly transparent, we moved the transparency to 75%.
Bottle_OrangeBubble
Move the orange bubble to the side. To make more bubbles, use the tools in the tool bar on the top of your screen to copy and paste and make a bubble cluster.
Bottle_OrangeCluster
Now let's add the custom text.
Bottle_AddText
Click the text menu on the left to add a text box. Add your custom text. For this example, we chose the font InLove, changed the font size and color.
Tip: You might think there's a lot of extra space on the design. We chose to place the text in one area so it's easy to read when placed on the bottle without having to rotate the bottle to read the entire message. But, it's up to you how you use the space.
Now, let’s finish up the design by adding a cluster of green bubbles.
Using your mouse, highlight all the orange bubbles on the left. When all of them are captured, copy and paste so you have a second set of bubbles. Move the second set over to the right of your text, and change the color.

Bubble_Final
…where you can do a final check of your project before you go to print.
Attach the label around the bottle. Start with the right side (the side without images or text) so you can overlap this part of the label when you attach to the bottle.
Cheers to you from your friends from Avery!
